In reqards to a _________________ DEPOSIT placed on a Rottweiler puppy M/F_____. It is understood between the seller and the purchaser that people are called back in order they put their deposit down and that deposits are a only sure way to get one of our puppies. DEPOSITS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Purchaser also understands that there could be up to a 6 month waiting period or longer for one of our puppies and agree to wait. You will be notified in advance by the seller when your puppy will be due for pick up. If you do not pick up said animal then animal will be resold and no deposit will be refunded. So please be here to pick your new addition up. Tonya Hess agrees to confirm this deposit once received. If this animal is Vet Checked by the Seller's Vet and is Deemed UNFIT FOR SALE then this deposit will be refunded to you in full. This is the only condition the deposit will be refunded. The clause "UNFIT FOR SALE" means any life threatening condition that would prevent us from selling this dog to you. (This only applies to animals being vet checked). At no other times will Deposits be Refunded! Deposits are Non-nonrefundable. You have a right to a preference such as Male/Female or parents to have your pup but it is agreed you understand that it may be a longer wait to get a pup from such preference. For example the parents you want to have your pup may not have enough pups or may not have enough boys vs girls for you and you may have to wait until the following breeding. It is also understood cash will only be accepted for the Balance owed. It is also agreed that the purchaser understands the difference between LIMITED AND FULL REGISTRATION and is purchasing this puppy with a _____________registration. It is understood that Tonya Hess will deworm the puppies and give them their first set of vaccinations, EXCEPTIONS if said puppy will be flying then the vet will administer vaccinations and this particular puppy will be vet check and come with a HEALTH CERTIFICATE AS REQUIRED BY LAW It is agreed to arbitrate any disputes arising under this agreement & that the award of the arbitrator may be entered as a judgment in MADISON COUNTY MUNICIPAL COURT IN THE STATE OF OHIO. It is agreed the purchaser and seller enter into this agreement in MADISON COUNTY in the STATE OF OHIO. There for due to VENUE, will be interpreted and enforced under the laws of that state. THE PURCHASER AND SELLER FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT. NO OTHER GURARANTEES ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OTHER THAN LISTED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
