In regards to a _________ DEPOSIT placed on a Rottweiler puppy M/F Balance due at time of pickup is ______. It is understood between the seller and the purchaser that people are called back in order they put their deposit down and that deposits are an only sure way to get one of our puppies. DEPOSITS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. You will be notified in advance by the seller when your puppy will be due for pick up. If you do not pick up said animal then animal will be resold and no deposit will be refunded. Please be here to pick your new addition up. If this animal is vet checked by the seller’s vet and is Deemed “UNFIT FOR SALE” then the deposit will be refunded (THIS PERTAINS TO SHIPPED PUPPIES ONLY) the clause “UNFIT FOR SALE” means any life threatening condition that would prevent us from selling the puppy to you. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST PARVO -VIRUS, ALL OTHER DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. It is also understood cash will only be accepted at time of pick up for balance owed on puppy. It is also agreed that the purchaser understands the difference between LIMITED and FULL Registration and is purchasing this puppy with a ____________ registration. It is understood regardless if said animal is purchased with a limited or full registration we do not guarantee breed ability or show potential of any animal we sell. Purchaser agrees to register said animal with kennel club within 30 days of receiving the registration papers. It is understood that Tonya Hess will deworm the puppies and give them their first set of vaccinations all puppies will be vet checked and select puppies will be micro-chipped before leaving our home. If said pup is going to be shipped then the vet will administer vaccination on this particular puppy, and it will come with a Health Certificate as required by law. Purchaser has a right to request a copy of our purchase agreement prior to signing this deposit agreement. To the best of my knowledge the said animal has not been declared a dangerous or vicious animal under the law of any state or jurisdiction. It is also agreed that the new owners understands the risks of owning this animal and freely accepts them and waives any rights to make a claim against the transferor/seller, or agency, or file a lawsuit against the same in the event that this animal bites or injures anybody or succumbs to health problems that existed before or at the time of transfer. It is agreed to arbitrate any disputes arising under this agreement and that the award of the arbitrator may be entered as a judgment in Madison County Municipal court only in the state of Ohio. In the event that legal damages are awarded they will be limited to the purchase price of said animal. It is agreed the purchase of said animal took place in Madison County in the state of Ohio and will be interpreted and enforced under the laws of that state due to VENUE! It is understood that we do have a waiting list for our puppies and that you are called back in order you put your deposit down, usual Wait is 6 months but some people have waited up to one year for one of our puppies. It is understood that depending on sex and parents that you want to have your puppy will contribute to your wait time. Our list is made public and your name will appear on our list as well as date you submitted your deposit. THE PURCHASER AND THE SELLER FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND NO OTHER GUARANTEES ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OTHER THAN LISTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IT IS ALSO UNDERSTOOD I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS DEPOSIT AGREEMENT AND NOT SALE SAID PUP TO LISTED PERSON IF THIS IS DONE WE WILL REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT. (ANY AND ALL DEPOSITS WILL BE REFUNDED IN FULL WITH-IN 30 DAYS FROM DATE OF NOTIFICATION).
