It will list the profession of the evaluator on your certificate your animal must be at least one year old to have this done |
| This is a Patella certification that is also evaluated by OFA as well. |
| This is a shoulder certification this is on Hess's Lucky Lady Chambers mother it was done by her Breeders (Chamber Rottweilers) the Certification was issued by OFA they are responsible for several different evaluations on several different breeds. |
